At Grayline Coaches, we’re proud to operate a DVSA Authorised Testing Facility (ATF) at our Bicester depot, providing professional and convenient vehicle testing for commercial operators across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

As a DVSA-approved Amber Site, our modern, fully equipped testing facility offers statutory vehicle testing carried out by DVSA Vehicle Examiners.

Testing Hours

Our normal testing hours are:

Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:30pm

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred appointment time.

Vehicle Testing Available

We provide DVSA statutory testing for a range of commercial vehicles, including:

• HGVs – Heavy Goods Vehicles

• Trailers

• PSVs – Public Service Vehicles

• ADR Vehicles  - Please note our station number is P50757

Our facility supports operators in keeping their vehicles roadworthy and meeting the necessary testing requirements.

Important Vehicle Restrictions

Before booking, please check that your vehicle meets the following site requirements:

• Maximum vehicle height: 5 metres (16.4 feet).

• Vehicle loading: Vehicles must be presented laden unless exempt under DVSA regulations.

• Petrol-powered vehicles: We are unable to test petrol vehicles.

• Campervans and motorhomes: We are unable to test campervans or motorhomes.
