Damian  - Trainee Fitter

Hi, I’m Damian Weightman, and I’ve been working here for almost two years. I was born in Germany and moved to the UK when I was two, so I’ve spent most of my life here.

I’m the youngest member of the workshop, which usually means I’m the first one to get sent to find the “left-handed screwdriver”! In all seriousness, I enjoy learning from the team, building my skills, and taking on new challenges every day.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time driving or gaming. Whether it’s going out for a drive or trying to convince my mates I’m carrying the team online, I’m usually doing one or the other. I’m proud to be part of the workshop and look forward to continuing to learn and develop my skills.
