Great-Missenden

To whom it may concern,

My school recently used your coach company to allow us to visit a PGL sites (Barton Hall) as part of a week's residential for my year 6 cohort. I wanted to send you an email to say how good your drivers were.

They communicated really well with the whole team which was invaluable as this was our first trip to Barton Hall and the surrounding excursions. Both drivers (Phil and John) were great at giving advice as to what to do when we arrive at different sites and where ticket offices were as well as their help to organise the PGL staff on occasion.

Phil, who was the driver of my own coach, was also incredibly kind towards a young girl, who was unwell for half the trip and unfortunately had to leave early. He was able to make her smile when many others couldn't.

Thank you again
