Les , Compliance & Training Manager

Hi I'm Les, with an impressive 46 years of experience in the PSV industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role as our Compliance & Training Manager. Throughout my career, I have done just about everything, from UK and European coach tours to helping ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism across the industry.

As a qualified First Aider and DVSA-registered CPC Trainer, I'm passionate about supporting and developing drivers, sharing my experience, and helping our team deliver the very best service every day.

When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me aboard my narrowboat, enjoying the peaceful pace of life as my wife and I explore the UK's beautiful canal network. I can also be found manning the claydon lock flight as a lock keeper with the CRT, I'm also a keen runner—although, I will happily admit, I dont cover quite as many miles as I used to!

My experience, dedication, and friendly approach make me an invaluable member of the team, and am proud to be helping shape the next generation of professional drivers.
