Paul  – Operations Manager

Hi I'm Paul a member of the Grayline Coaches team for 32 years and I am the Company's Operations Manager. Holding both National and International Operator CPC qualifications, I bring more than 30 years of experience in UK and European coach touring, making me an integral part of the business and its continued success.

After leaving school, I studied for a BTEC Diploma in Business & Finance before beginning my career as a trainee accountant. I later moved into the transport industry, working as an HGV driver for a national distribution company before joining the family business.

My diverse experience and extensive industry knowledge enable me to oversee the day-to-day operations of Grayline Coaches with professionalism, efficiency, and a strong commitment to customer service.

I'm passionate about problem-solving and am dedicated to supporting the development and personal growth of every member of the Grayline team. I believe that investing in people is the key to delivering the high standards of service for which Grayline Coaches is renowned.

Outside of work, I enjoy carp fishing, travelling the world, cruising, gardening, and, most importantly, spending quality time with my family, especially my grandchildren.
